He simply told his daughter that she and the baby could come stay with them.
But Ana explained that she did not feel free to simply leave.

That was when Gordana realized the story had not begun on the day Marko made the comment about the cake in front of the family.
Ana opened a hidden folder on her phone.
Inside were photographs of the scale, pictures of meals, and messages she had saved.
Among those messages were comments about food, her weight, and demands Marko had made of her.
